In conjunction with the supervisory institutions, which are the employers, the Human Resources Office coordinates the management of staff assigned to the laboratory, whether permanent or contractual.
This consists in particular of ensuring the administrative management of personnel from their recruitment to their departure; assisting the management in the policy of provisional management of jobs and development of human resources (job applications, internal movements, training, recruitment, etc.);
It implements annual campaigns in accordance with the schedules of the supervisory authorities (promotion, professional selection, internal competitions, training plan, etc.).
It advises managers on recruitment and ensures that new staff are properly integrated into the Institute. It informs and advises staff on their professional situation, and directs them, where necessary, to the appropriate mechanisms of their respective employers.
