Missions
The project aims to develop a single-oocyte genomic approach in C. elegans to generate a genome-wide map of centromeric determinants.
Activities
- Development of an experimental protocol
- Genomic, cell biology, and genetic experiments in C. elegans
Skills
- Having at least one first-author publication.
- Strong expertise in genomic approaches (Cut&Tag, Cut&Run, ChIP-seq, Hi-C, or equivalent techniques) is essential.
- Prior experience with the C. elegans model or oocyte manipulation.
- Skills in bioinformatic analysis would be a valuable asset.
Work Context
At the Institut Jacques Monod, within the Cell Division & Reproduction team composed of seven members, under the supervision of the group leader.
