Nuclear size and shape in proliferating and migrating cells
Résumé :
I will present our recent work on the cell nucleus in cells that grow during the cell division cycle or deform when they migrate. We found that the nucleus can undergo important changes in size and shape and we have been working on understanding the physical principles underlying these changes and their functionnal consequences for cells, focusing on immune and cancer cells.
