Réservations

This facility is self-service except for the next-generation sequencers, but before using the apparatus for the first time, please contact Thierry Grange.

You must reserve your session in advance using the notebook available by each apparatus. For the real-time PCR apparatus, unless you will be using a lot of cycles (> 50), sessions may not exceed 90 minutes. Your samples should be ready for analysis before you start your session. When using the 384 well LightCycler480 and the pipetting robot, both apparatus should be reserved and the periods of reservation of the robot and the LightCycler should be staggered.
