Finance and Budget

 

The Finance & Budget department has an important mission in supporting research, namely to set up and monitor the unit’s financial resources.

This includes:

  • Assisting the management in the preparation of the unit’s common budget;
  • Managing the research credits obtained from public or private, French or foreign funding bodies;
  • Ensuring the implementation of revenue and expenditure procedures such as the notification of credits, orders, missions, calls for tender, service or maintenance contracts, financial justification of research contracts;
  • Acting as an interface with the financial services of the supervisory bodies: CNRS and Université Paris Cité;
  • Compiling the files of the numerous trainees and ensuring their processing.
