Du 7 au 9 juin 2010, 13es Rencontres : Young Researchers in Life Sciences
organisées par les associations des jeunes chercheurs de l'Institut Jacques Monod, l'Institut Curie, l'Institut de Biologie de l'ENS, l'Institut Pasteur, l'unité Biologie fonctionnelle et adaptative, l'UMR Epigénétique et destin cellulaire et de l'association française des médecins et pharmaciens de formation scientifique.
The goal of this meeting is to give the opportunity to all Master students, PhD students and Post-docs to present their work in front of other young researchers in their domain, either through an oral presentation, or through a poster. All presentations and posters will be in english, and several prizes will be given to the best talks and posters.
The meeting covers a variety of research fields spanning from Cell Biology to Genetics, Imaging & Bioinformatics, Immunology, Medicine & Physiology, Developmental Biology, Host-Pathogen Interactions, Neurosciences and Physics/Chemistry/Biology Interfaces. Each session will be chaired by an expert researcher in the field.
The meeting will be opened and closed with a keynote conference, which will be given by Jean-Claude Ameisen (Chairman of the Ethics Committee - INSERM) and Stephen C. West (London Research Institute - Cancer Research UK).
