Sommaire
This facility is self-service, but before using the apparatus for the first time, please contact Thierry Grange.
The light cyclers are very busy. You must therefore reserve your session in advance using the notebook available by each LightCycler. Unless you will be using a lot of cycles (>50), sessions may not exceed 90 minutes. Your samples should be ready for analysis before you start your session.
The use of the array scanner requires initial arrangement with Thierry Grange to ensure coordination between the various users. If you plan to do numerous analyses, it might be necessary for your team to purchase a licence to use the GenePix Pro software on one of your lab computers. The computer driving the microarray reader also drives the Nanodrop microspectrophotometer and you should therefore give access to this computer to any Nanodrop users when you are performing data analysis.
Use of the Nanodrop does not require any prior reservation.
